Regional Aftersales Manager (Netherlands)

Currently, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic aftersales professional to manage our aftersales team in the Netherlands region.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to distributors with performance and organization.
• Responsible for operational standards deployment.
• Responsible for parts and accessory sales support (deploying the central programs).
• Identify sales targets based on market potential (running carpark, customer retention).
• Manage commercial policies (dealer bonus, campaigns, expenses, etc.).
• Develop action plans for customer retention and satisfaction, service quality and PDCA.
• In charge of market meetings, market deep dives, and business plan meetings.
• Responsible for market performance reports coordination.
• Streamline information and communication from and to markets.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree related to engineering, automotive, or mechanics; Master's degree or higher is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of management and aftersales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and German required; Dutch is a plus.
• Good collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently; a self-starter.
• Strong focus on accuracy; an eye for details.
• Skilled in the use of automotive diagnostics tools.
• Skilled in the use of basic computer applications (MS Office).
• High level of flexibility.
