Taking ownership in Financial Sales Operations by allocating payments, administering leasing and loan contracts, ensuring a smooth customer-agent-journey
- Track, identify and allocate cash, leasing and lending down payments
- Secure reflection of all customer payment statuses within our CRM platform and other relevant systems
- Generate and manage sales invoices for all customers
- Control, check and approve leasing/loan contracts based on document completion, fulfillment of requirements and bank status
- Intense collaboration with the finance team: work hand in hand to ensure timely transactions
- Payment collection combined with a high sense of ownership for Accounts Receivable
- Prioritize partner, marketing and business requests and orchestrate with relevant stakeholders
- Supporting Sales operations with a hands-on mentality to ensure am outstanding customer journey
- Primary contact for MG points of sale: demonstrate a well-founded knowledge around our internal processes

Manage
the German Demo Vehicle Fleet - being an all-around knowledge source
for charging and vehicle operations
- Hands-on mindset, able to adapt to challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Degree in Economics or Finance, or business administration qualification together with the relevant financial know-how
- Minimum 2+ years directly related experience
- Ability to establish external and internal relationships and engage with business stakeholders
- Experience in Automotive sales is highly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce or similar platform is a strong plus
- Self-structured and well-organized way of working
- German skill on a native level in writing and speaking. Have a proficient level of English
- Valid driver's license (Class B) is a plus
